General Information

  • We do not recommend using labels on laser printers - we have been saying it for years - it gets very messy and invalidates manufacturers warranties!
  • Your printer warranty is held direct with the manufacturer and we have contact numbers available for technical assistance (see below).
  • We have over 50,000 products in our databases constantly being updated. if you do not see a product or need any specification/product advice please call or drop us an email, we are here to help.
  • We now offer all of our customers the option to have an online account so that you can access your orders, see order history, check your account status, balance and shipping details. It takes seconds to set up an account at https://www.itdatabases.com/registration/register.ehtml
  • We would prefer to email you a VAT invoice but please ask if you require hard copies either by fax or post - happy to do that also!

     

    Warranties

  • Warranties are supplied by Manufacturers and they all offer helplines where you may speak with an expert who will answer your questions and resolve any problems.
  • We are happy to help with technical queries but in most cases the manufacturers' hotlines give you the best support possible.
  • They have the most up to date information, access to an identical machine to yours and experience of all kinds of technical queries to help walk you through your problem.
